If you installed Artoli 3D on a new device or reinstalled the application, open the Star Shop from the top-right header in the app, and tap “Restore Purchases” at the bottom of the shop sheet. Your Apple ID will be verified with the App Store, and all your previously unlocked statues and non-consumable entitlements will be restored immediately without any additional charge.

Yes, absolutely! Artoli 3D is designed with a 100% offline-first architecture. All preset 3D models, textures, 256-color palettes, shaders, soundscapes, and painting tools function fully without Wi-Fi or cellular data. An internet connection is only needed when making a new purchase or downloading optional cloud library statues.

Yes! Artoli 3D offers deep integration with Apple Pencil on iPad. You can draw with pressure sensitivity, use smooth continuous brush strokes, and double-tap the barrel of Apple Pencil (2nd Gen / Pro) to instantly toggle between your active paint color and the eraser.

You have two intuitive ways to interact with the 3D model:

• On Canvas: Use one finger to paint. Use two fingers to drag (pan), pinch to zoom in/out, and rotate the model smoothly.
• 3D Joystick: Use the dedicated virtual joystick docked on the bottom-left to rotate the model with high precision without touching the painting surface. Double-tap the joystick to instantly reset the camera view.

Coming Soon: Custom 3D Model Import (.glb). This feature is currently in active development for an upcoming release. Soon, you will be able to load external standard .glb and .gltf files directly into your personal atelier for local 3D painting.

Open the in-app Settings (⚙️) from the top-right corner, scroll to the “Reset Statue” section, and tap “Clear All Colors”. A confirmation modal will appear to prevent accidental erasure. Confirming will restore the model to its pristine white plaster state.

Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple. To cancel or change your plan:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID profile at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select Artoli 3D and choose Cancel Subscription.

Artoli 3D automatically adjusts to your device's GPU profile. If you wish to manually optimize battery life or performance, open Settings (⚙️) > Performance, and choose a texture atlas resolution of 1024 × 1024 or Auto.
